Cancellation policy
[For course reservations] 30% of the course fee (per person) will be charged from 3:00 pm 5 days before your arrival.
[If you only reserve a seat] 1,000 yen (per person) will be charged from 3:00 pm two days before your arrival.
Please cancel your party at least 5 days in advance.
Please note that after that time, a cancellation fee of 30% of the course fee will be charged per person.
A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for same-day cancellations.
